2013 NY State ISOA Clinic

Each year the New York State ISOA sponsors a spring clinic for new intercollegiate officials who are already NISOA members. This year the clinic will be held at Utica College on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 9am – 4pm. Ed Kobos is the primary clinician for this event. The clinic cost is $40. 2013 Mandatory Annual Rules Clinic

The meeting will start at 9:00 AM in the fieldhouse (campus map in pdf format) at New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY. The NISOA Fitness Test will not be held at this clinic.

As always, we welcome guests and other NISOA members to our annual meeting. Please sign up after June 1 so we can properly plan for the event.

The chapter is grateful to Clyde M. Doughty, Jr., Athletic Director at New York Tech for making their facilities available to us and supporting our chapter.

2013 NISOA Fitness Test

The chapter will administer the NISOA physical fitness test at New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY on President’s Stadium soccer field (FieldTurf). Get the test events (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) and scoring criteria.

Members may receive their test results directly via email. After the test results are recorded, members may go to our web site to request their results and score. Fitness test scores are not shared with assignors nor made publicly available.

NISOA Assessor Course Scheduled for April 20, 2013 in Utica, NY

Kevin Waters and the Mohawk Valley ISOA is sponsoring a NISOA Local Assessor course in Utica, New York on April 20, 2013. Gary Huber, NISOA Director of Assessment and National Clinician will be presenting the one day course for NISOA members who wish to become an assessor.
