NY Metro ISOA's Second Vice President, Randy Vogt was recently recognized for working his 8,000th game.
Partly because of verbal abuse from spectators, some referees never officiate 10 games. Many refs do not make it to 100 games and very few ever officiate 1,000 games. Yet, referee Randy Vogt has not only survived but has thrived on the soccer fields.
MR. 8,000 Syosset referee reaches unique milestone.
Congratulations Randy on quite an accomplishment.
