Arnold Klein Receives Region 2 Referee of the Year Award
NY Metro ISOA Member, Arnold Klein was named the 2007 NISOA Region 2 Referee of the Year. He received the prestigious award on August 3, 2007 at the National Soccer Hall of Fame in Oneonta, New York. Shown here with Bob Fischer (NY Metro ISOA past president), Whitney Stark (NISOA National Referee and Rockland/Westchester ISOA president), and John Puglisi (NY Metro ISOA president), Arnold's superior dedication, professionalism and achievement in college soccer were recognized at the NISOA National Convention.
