As noted previously, officials who want to be considered for NCAA Division 1 post-season assignments must register at the NCAA's Soccer Central Hub on ArbiterSports.com. Registration is now open. Even if you registered last season, the NCAA requires that you must register again to be considered for the 2011 season. The cost of registration is covered by NISOA as part of your membership benefits.
Registering does not guarantee you a post-season assignment but if you don't register, you won't be considered for Division 1 post-season assignments.

As announced at the 2011 NISOA National Convention, the NISOA Annual Rules Refresher Test will be administered online at ArbiterSports.com. NISOA Executive Board members will be meeting with the NCAA in two weeks to finalize the details of this agreement. The test will be posted no later than August 15, 2011. The chapter will administer the NISOA physical fitness test at New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY on President's Stadium soccer field (FieldTurf). Get the test events (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) and scoring criteria.
Members may receive their test results directly via email. After the test results are recorded, members may go to our web site to request their results and score. Fitness test scores are not shared with assignors nor made publicly available.
