Kenneth G. Andres named the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Soccer Secretary-Rules Editor

Kenneth G. Andres has been named the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Soccer Secretary-Rules Editor. Andres will officially replace long-time rules editor C. Cliff McCrath when his term expires in September of 2011.
Andres currently serves as the National Rules Interpreter for the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA) and as an ex-officio member of the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Soccer Rules Committee, both of which he has held since 1995. In addition, he has served as president of NISOA in 2003 and as the interim executive director in 2008-09.
The NY Metro ISOA chapter wishes Ken all the best in his new assignment with the NCAA.

At the 2011 NISOA Convention, Cliff McCrath announced the NCAA asked him to continue as Secretary-Rules Editor for the 2011 season since we are half way through the current rules cycle. Ken will act as Assistant Secretary-Rules Editor and will take over as NCAA Secretary-Rules Editor for the 2012 season.
