At the 2011 NISOA Convention, Cliff McCrath announced the NCAA asked him to continue as Secretary-Rules Editor for the 2011 season since we are half way through the current rules cycle. Ken will act as Assistant Secretary-Rules Editor and will take over as NCAA Secretary-Rules Editor for the 2012 season.
