Lesson Plan Guidelines

You can format your NISOA lesson plans any way you like but you must include the following slides (in this order):

• Title Slide with Lesson Title slide. Make sure your name appears on the title slide!
• Measurable Outcome slide.
• "Any Questions?" slide.
• Summary slide.
• Post test (or "What did we learn?") slide.

The presentation content goes between the Measurable Outcome and Questions slide.

Local Clinician Requirements

The following local clinician certification requirements apply:

• You must submit two lesson plans to John Kipp. Contact John for specific requirements.
• Prepare a 300 word news article and submit it to John Kipp.
