MINUTES OF CHAPTER BUSINESS MEETING
October 21, 2013

Meeting called to order by John Puglisi at 7:30pm. Minutes from the October 1, 2013 meeting were approved.
The clinic regarding the NCAA tie breaker procedure was lead by John Puglisi. Members were encouraged to review NCAA Rule 7.1.2 prior to any conference or NCAA playoff assignments to ensure knowledge of the tie breaking procedure.
There was some additional open discussion regarding offside decisions, specifically the preferred mechanic regarding how the referee team should deal with the case where an attacking player in an offside position may be interfering with an opponent on a play where a goal is scored.
Next business meeting is at the Annual Chapter Awards Dinner on November 11, 2013. Meeting was adjoured at 8:25pm.
