We are accepting new candidate applications for the 2025 season. Prospective candidates who intend to attend the 2024 NISOA Referee Training Camp should fill this form out as well. New membership criteria is based on the current NISOA policy. If you meet the criteria and would like to join our chapter, please fill out this form. If you reside on Staten Island, you may want to consider applying to the Metro New Jersey ISOA chapter.
