		<description>Rain dates will be one week following the canceled test date as &lt;a href="http://nymisoa.com/blog/2008/01/15/2008-meeting-sked/" rel="nofollow"&gt;shown on the full meeting schedule.&lt;/a&gt; Since we are testing on FieldTurf, the only reason we would cancel a scheduled test would be if traffic is impassable due to weather.</description>
