There were a total of 68 'yes' votes (38 at the September 5 business meeting and 30 online votes) against 7 'no' votes (all online votes). The amendment has passed and a <a href="http://nymisoa.com/library/constitution.html" rel="nofollow">new conformed copy of the constitution has been posted on the web site</a>.
